NEXFIX PVC Pipe Wrapping Tape is a premium pressure sensitive PVC tape designed for corrosion protection, waterproof sealing and insulation of metal pipelines, pipe joints, fittings and underground installations.

Made with a durable PVC film backing and rubber based pressure sensitive adhesive, it provides strong adhesion, flexibility and reliable protection against moisture, corrosion, abrasion and commonly encountered chemicals.

It is suitable for plumbing, HVAC, MEP, infrastructure and industrial maintenance applications, including both underground and above ground pipe wrapping.

Application Method

1. Clean and dry the pipe surface and remove rust, grease and dust.
2. Start wrapping from one end while maintaining even tension.
3. Overlap each layer by approximately 50%.
4. Press firmly during application for good adhesion.
5. Continue wrapping until the required protection is achieved.
